Your access to and use of PuelaLunaris.com (“the Site”) is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”). PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. By using this website, you signify your consent to these terms of use.

1. Acceptance of Terms
The Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") sets forth legally binding terms for your use of the Website. By using our Website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a "Visitor" (which means that you simply browse one or more of our Websites) or you are a "Member" (which means that you have registered at PuelaLunaris.com as a user).

Permission is granted to view the video lessons on PuelaLunaris.com web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

You may pursue a certification and licensing process to acquire certain rights.

3.1 Content on the Website is provided to you AS IS for your information and personal use only and may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, imitated, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of Puela Lunaris who reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the Website and the Content.

3.2 Dance, and the related fitness training offered through PuelaLunaris.com can be a strenuous physical exercise. Accordingly, you are urged and advised to seek the advice of a physician before beginning any dance, exercise, regimen, routine, and/or program and use any suggested equipment, shown or described in any of the video or audio clips on the Website.

All suggestions and or comments relating to the use of moves, equipment, poses, and instruction are not required to be performed by you and are carried out at your election while viewing PuelaLunaris.com videos. Nothing contained in this Website should be construed as any form of such medical advice or diagnosis.

By using our site you represent that you understand that the practice of dance and/or fitness training involves strenuous physical movement and physical and mental exercise. You understand that it is your responsibility to judge your physical and mental capabilities for practicing dance and/or any fitness training.

It is your responsibility to ensure that by participating in classes and activities from PuelaLunaris.com, you will not exceed your limits, and you will select the appropriate level of classes for your skills and abilities, as well as for any mental or physical conditions and/or limitations you have.

You understand that, from time to time instructors may suggest physical movements, adjustments and/or the use of equipment and it is your sole responsibility to determine if any such suggested adjustment or equipment is appropriate for your level of ability and physical and mental condition.

You expressly waive and release any claim that you may have at any time for injury of any kind against PuelaLunaris.com, or any person or entity involved with our Site, including without limitation its directors, principals, instructors, independent contractors, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates and representatives.



4. Limitations

In no event shall PuelaLunaris.com or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the PuelaLunaris.com web site, even if PuelaLunaris.com or a PuelaLunaris.com authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. PuelaLunaris.com reserves the right to terminate your account or your access to our Website immediately, with or without notice to you, and without liability to you, if PuelaLunaris.com believes that you have breached any of the terms of this Agreement, furnished PuelaLunaris.com with false or misleading information, or interfered with use of the Website or the Service by others.

14. Membership
a. No Sharing
Members of PuelaLunaris.com may not share, give or sell their password or username to any other person or entity. Excessive viewings or logins by any Member will be construed by PuelaLunaris.com as fraudulent use of the Website, which will result in the immediate cancellation of membership without refund. When becoming a Member you agree to take all actions possible to protect your username and password from fraudulent use.

b. Fraudulent Use
PuelaLunaris.com reserves the right to cancel any membership it believes has been compromised, or is being used fraudulently, at our own discretion.

c. Billing
Subscription memberships are billed on an ongoing, recurring basis (stated subscription period) from the beginning of subscription. All subscription memberships are renewed automatically until cancelled. Subscription members may cancel their subscription membership at any time. Subscription membership must be canceled prior to the renewal date in order to end membership charges.

 
At times, special prepaid membership packages will be available for purchase. Special offers are subject to the terms and conditions stated herein and any additional terms stated in connection with the offer. 

PuelaLunaris.com does not refund any paid and unused membership. You are welcome to cancel your subscription at any time and you will retain all remaining time you have prepaid for. If you cancel you will not be billed at your next billing cycle.

All billing is in United States Dollars (USD / $). PuelaLunaris.com is not responsible for any conversion or transaction fees charged by a customer's banking institution.
