Refund Policy

As with any music or video purchases once the packaging is open or the file is downloaded, it is not possible to return the item.  If an item is defective we will gladly replace it.  All refunds are for store credit .  As for our dowloads, will give you a file replacement if any of our downloadable files are defective in any way.
