Over my many years as a workshop leader, coach and speaker, I have seen that different things work for different people.
That is why, in this course, I will be adding over time, different samples from my other courses so you can have fun exploring and discerning what works best for you. As they say: different strokes for different folks :)
Session 1 includes a convenient chair-yoga technique that you can practice right at your desk to renew your energy.
In session 2 you learn powerful, yet simple exercises -to free the major joints in the body- which are based on concepts of Sacred Geometry from ancient Mediterranean cultures.
About the course instructor Puela Lunaris has been certified by the Integral Yoga Institute International as a Stress-Management Consultant, a Chair-Yoga Teacher and a Laughter-Yoga Instructor. In addition, she is a Certified Qi-Gong instructor by the Santa Barbara College of Oriental Medicine, and a Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programing Practitioner by the highly ethical NLP Center of New York.
One of her specialties is designing and teaching series of effective five minute routines that executives and entrepreneurs can use right at their desk to reduce stress and increase productivity.
